As we begin a new year, it’s hard not to pause and take stock of everything that’s happened at Syncronicity over the past months. From world tours and rehearsal rooms to late nights in the studio refining the smallest details, this year has been defined by momentum, trust, and the people we’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside every day.

At its core, Syncronicity has always been about more than gear or technology—it’s about collaboration. Every tour, session, and system we touch is the result of countless conversations, problem-solving moments, and shared goals. Whether we were supporting artists on the road, building and refining playback rigs, or dialing in studio setups, the common thread throughout the year was a collective commitment to doing the work right.

We owe a huge thank you to the artists and their teams who trusted us with their shows and creative visions. To the musical directors who brought us in early, challenged us, and helped shape complex productions into cohesive performances. And to the engineers—playback, FOH, monitors, and beyond—whose skill, adaptability, and attention to detail continually raise the bar. Your trust and collaboration are what allow us to push forward and evolve.

Looking Back, Building Forward: A Year at Syncronicity

This year also reminded us how much care goes into the moments audiences ultimately experience. The polished final product on stage is built on long days, late nights, revisions, and refinements that often happen far from the spotlight. It’s in those hours—tuning systems, rethinking workflows, testing ideas—that Syncronicity feels most at home.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re energized by what’s next. New challenges, new collaborations, and new opportunities to build systems and teams that support great performances are already on the horizon. We’re excited to keep learning, keep refining, and keep growing alongside the community that makes this work possible.

This past year was a milestone, but it’s far from the finish line. We’re just getting started—and there are big things ahead. Stay tuned.
