Coachella 2026 — Behind the Stages
Every year, Coachella becomes the center of the live music world. For two weekends in the desert, thousands of crew members, artists, engineers, technicians, and creatives come together to create a cultural moment.
Syncronicity was on site supporting Addison Rae, Teddy Swims, and Zulan and this year was another reminder of why we love what we do.
From early mornings and long nights to last-minute changes and flawless show execution, the festival is one of the most demanding environments in live production. But it is also one of the most rewarding. The scale is enormous, the pace never slows down, and every set carries the energy of something unforgettable.
The Team Behind It
AJ, Luca, and JT spent the festival balancing the constant movement that comes with major live performances: coordinating the music, troubleshooting on the fly, and staying locked in during showtime.
At events like Coachella, there is very little room for error. Every transition matters. Every cue matters. Every second counts.
That level of consistency only happens because of the engineers and crews behind the scenes. Under the veneer of a final performance there is an entire layer of preparation and execution. And yet, despite the pressure, these big cultural moments make it all worth it.

Locked In During The Show
One of the standout moments from this year’s festival was Addison Rae’s epic pop performance.
Luca was fully focused side stage, locked into every detail while the performance unfolded in real time. It is a perfect example of what these festivals are really like from our perspective: focus, flexibility, and total trust between the people involved.
