No Worries with NXWorries
It’s always a blast to get to work with Anderson.Paak, whether it’s with his band the Free Nationals, as a solo act, or with his partner and crime Knxwledge as NxWorries.
This latest tour, kicking off in September and running through the end of October, was a super fun project. We were responsible for the tour’s programming, transitions, mixing, and a rig build.
NxWorries have a super distinct hip-hop/R&B sound that borders on lo-fi at times; full of old vocal samples, vinyl scratches, and beat changes. It’s always so enjoyable to put together a show for them, taking all these different sounds into account.
Shout out to DS365 Studio for the insane creative direction on this tour. The lights, the visuals, the outfits, the pacing. Everything was really top notch. If you ever have a chance to catch a NxWorries show in the future, it’s a must. Trust us, you are going to have a great night.
